Made an appointment with Troy at this dealership after seeing good reviews online, and he sounded very professional and honest on the phone, no beating around the bushes kinda guy, true enough wasn't disappointed when I walked into the dealership.
Troy made the entire process such a pleasant experience. Took almost an hour over to explain the technology, the different models, the walk-around, etc...this guy reflected the epitome of professionalism! Not pushy at all like many other dealers and easy going and gave me honest feedback on several different models. This is how car sales advisors should be.
